  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms (Lumarie)

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from EngiPartners (Lumarie), you agree to the following SMS terms:

  • Program: messages about Lumarie portal access, interconnection steps, project updates, and support.
  • Opt in: you may opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting (for example, via a checkbox on our website/portal or during onboarding).
  • No purchase required: your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency: varies (for example, up to 3 messages/week depending on activity).
  • Charges: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply START to re-subscribe.
  • Help: reply HELP or contact support at 833-627-3644 or admin@engipartners.com.
  • Carrier notice: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal data, including phone numbers and SMS consent.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their content are owned by EngiPartners or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
